Hi fabric friends,
We have some very exciting news for you all! We are proud to welcome Sara Lawson and April Rhodes as licensed Art Gallery Fabrics designers.
You all loved Sara and April's previous Limited Edition collections, we decided to continue their creative design aesthetics.
We proudly welcome Sara Lawson and April Rhodes to the AGF family!
Sara is a mother, wife, author, fabric and pattern designer. She loves sewing, horses, photography, books, Australian shepherds, and music. Sara grew up with a passion for sewing along with her grandmother, mother and aunts.
Sara has garnered a great list of accomplishments; she has written more than 40 bag patterns, and her work has been featured in both national and international sewing magazines. In 2013 her first book published, Big City Bags, and she still continues her very popular blog, Sew Sweetness.
After releasing her first fabric line, Jungle Ave, Sara decided to continue perusing her dreams, and created yet another stunning collection that is like nothing else!
Stay tuned for more details about her new collection, Fantasia.
April is a dreamer, crafter, wife, and mother. When she was just eight years old her mom taught her to use a sewing machine and her passion for sewing bloomed. Making pretty things brings her fulfillment and joy.
Leading April and her Mom to open a fabric store called Sew To Speak, she wanted to pursue her dreams in the fabric industry while staying close to her family and friends.
After launching her very successful fabric line, Arizona, earlier this year April realized how much she loved designing her own fabrics. So, she decided to continue creating new prints that are sure to wow you, yet again!
